AFFINION GROUP, INC. ANNOUNCES PROPOSED $325 MILLION SENIOR NOTES

OFFERING BY ITS PARENT, AFFINION GROUP HOLDINGS, INC.

STAMFORD, Conn. – September 22, 2010 – Affinion Group, Inc. (“Affinion” or the “Company”), a global leader in customer engagement solutions that enhance and extend the relationship of millions of consumers of financial service, retailing, hospitality and e-commerce companies, today announced that its parent, Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. (“Holdings”), intends to sell, subject to market conditions, approximately $325.0 million in aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2015 in a private placement pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The senior notes to be issued by Holdings will not be guaranteed by the Company or any of the Company’s subsidiaries.

The net proceeds of the proposed offering by Holdings, together with cash distributions from the Company, are intended to be used to repay Holdings’ senior unsecured term loan facility, to pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.

The senior notes anticipated to be offered by Holdings will not be registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws, and the senior notes may not be offered or sold within the United States, or to, or for the account or benefit of, any United States persons absent registration under, or an applicable exemption from, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws.
