Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 15, 2010, OpenTable, Inc. issued a press release announcing its proposed acquisition of toptable.com, a leading restaurant reservation site in the United Kingdom, for approximately $55 million in cash. A copy of the press release announcing the proposed acquisition is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
