September 9, 2010, Chisen Electric Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), held an
annual meeting of its stockholders (the “Annual
Meeting”). There were present at the Annual Meeting, in person
or by proxy, holders of 36,280,015 shares of the Company’s common stock, or
72.56% of all shares eligible to vote on the subject proposals.
