On September 13, 2010, THQ Inc. (“THQ” or the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing updated information regarding its core games release schedule in fiscal 2012 and estimates of its financial results for fiscal 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
