On
September 2, 2010, Eco-Friendly
Power Technologies Corp. (the “Registrant”) concluded and terminated its
public offering held in accordance with the Registration Statement on Form S-1,
which was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on March
11, 2010. The Registrant sold all 2,500,000 shares offered for a
purchase price of $0.03 per share, amounting in the aggregate to
$75,000.00. The Registrant now has a total of 5,500,000 shares issued
and outstanding.
