On September 2, 2010, Ventas, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.535 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2010 to stockholders of record on September 17, 2010. The dividend is the third quarterly installment of the Company’s 2010 annual dividend.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on September 2, 2010 is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
