Letter of Intent with CBB, Inc. reported in the Company’s Form 8-K dated
June 14, 2010, and filed with the Commission on June 15, 2010, was subsequently
extended to August 31, 2010 as reported in the Company’s Form 8-K dated August
3, 2010, and filed with the Commission on August 6, 2010. The Letter
of Intent with CBB, Inc. has been further extended to September 30,
2010.
