Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 30, 2010, SOKO Fitness & Spa Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 31, 2010. The press release also provided information regarding a conference call held by the Company on Monday, August 30, 2010 Eastern Time to discuss those financial results. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company is also hereby furnishing a corporate presentation (the “ Presentation”) that the Company intends to present at the 2010 Roth Fall Conference in Maui, Hawaii on September 1 to September 3, 2010 and thereafter to provide to financial analysts, investors and other third parties from time to time as part of its investor relations activities. A copy of the Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
