Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 27, 2010, Darin R. Schaeffer, Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Patrick Industries, Inc. (the "Company"), resigned from all positions with an effective date of September 3, 2010. Andy L. Nemeth, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will reassume the duties of Principal Accounting Officer.
