Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 25, 2010, Reshoot Production Company (the "Company") issued a
press release to announce it has entered into a multi-year distribution
agreement with Custom Pak, Inc. (www.custompak.net) for the sale of
tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers.

Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
