Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 26, 2010, Bunge Limited (“Bunge”) announced that Jacqualyn A. Fouse, Chief Financial Officer, will leave the company effective September 24, 2010 to pursue another employment opportunity.
Bunge’s Board of Directors has appointed Andrew J. Burke as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective September 24, 2010. Since July 2010, Mr. Burke, age 55, has served as Bunge’s Global Operational Excellence Officer and will continue in that position. He served as Co-CEO, Bunge Global Agribusiness and Bunge Product Lines from November 2006 to July 2010. Mr. Burke joined Bunge in January 2002 as Managing Director, Soy Ingredients and New Business Development and later served as Managing Director, New Business. Mr. Burke also served as Bunge’s interim Chief Financial Officer from April to July 2007.
