On December 29, 2009, the Company had adopted a Stock Option Plan. Based on this 2010 Stock Option Plan, on August 16, 2010, the Company has granted 150,000 stock options to a consultant of the Company. The exercise price of the stock options is $0.20, of which 75,000 stock options are vested immediately and 75,000 stock options vest on August 23, 2011 and expires August 23, 2015.

On August 24, 2010, the Company announced the appointment of Mr. Tom Ihrke as Senior Vice President – Business Development.
