On August 4, 2010, GMX RESOURCES INC. (the “Company”) issued two separate press releases announcing its operating and financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2010, and including an operational update and other matters. The press releases also provided information for accessing a related conference call. Copies of the press releases are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this report.
