On July 29, 2010, we and Kevin P. Poulos, our Vice President, Marketing and Sales and Chief Commercial Officer, reached a mutual agreement that Mr. Poulos would cease employment with us. It is anticipated that Mr. Poulos will continue to assist us in a transition role through September 3, 2010.  We expect that Mr. Poulos will receive severance benefits consistent with our Amended and Restated Severance Benefit Plan.
