Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 21, 2010, Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been advised by the U.S. Army Contracting Command-CECOM Contracting Center that it was not selected as the program manager and vendor for the Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below, Blue Force Tracking 2 (FBCB2-BFT-2) program.
The foregoing description of the press release is qualified in its entirety to the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit 99.1.
