(b) On July 15, 2010, the Board of Directors of TPC Group Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from June 30 to December 31, with the change to the calendar year reporting cycle beginning January 1, 2011. In addition to the upcoming report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, the Company expects to file a subsequent report on Form 10-K covering the six-month transition period ending December 31, 2010.
