On July
20, 2010, Michael A. Janse, Managing Director and Executive Vice President,
informed Harris & Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his
intention to resign from the Company in order to pursue other
opportunities. Mr. Janse will remain employed by the Company through
December 31, 2010.
