On June 2, 2010 the Registrant filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to (i) change the name of the Registrant from PI Services Inc. to China Lithium Technologies, Inc. and (ii) to effectuate a reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock at a ratio of one (1) for two point two (2.2). As a result of the reverse stock split, the number of shares of the Registrant's common stock issued and outstanding was reduced from 44,351,506 shares to 20,159,775 shares.
