The Board of Directors, on Monday, June 28, 2010, accepted the resignation of Mark Corrao as the Chief Financial Officer. To the knowledge of the Board and executive officers of the Company, Mark Corrao had no disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
