On June 17, 2010, Salary.com, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) has approved the Company’s application to transfer the listing of its common stock and preferred stock purchase rights from The Nasdaq Global Market to The Nasdaq Capital Market. Because the Company anticipated it would not be in compliance with the requirements for continued listing on The Nasdaq Global Market, the Company voluntarily filed its transfer application on June 11, 2010 and received Nasdaq approval June 14, 2010. The transfer will be effective at the opening of the market on June 17, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
