Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 28, 2010, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the completion of two lease extensions in its metro Boston properties, along with plans to open a regional management office to service its Boston portfolio. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
