Stores Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders on
May 26, 2010 (“Annual Meeting”). There were 29,667,631 shares of
common stock entitled to be voted, and 25,612,540 shares present in person or by
proxy, at the Annual Meeting.
