Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 24, 2010, The Sherwin-Williams Company issued a press release announcing it has signed
a definitive agreement to acquire Becker Acroma Industrial Wood Coatings, a subsidiary of AB Wilh.
Becker based in Sweden. A copy of this press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99 and
is incorporated herein by reference.
