Departure of Certain Officers
 
On May 17, 2010, Composite Technology Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Mr. John P. Brewster intends to resign as Chief Commercial Officer of the Company and President of the Company’s CTC Cable Corporation division in order to pursue a position with another company.  Mr. Brewster’s resignation will be effective on June 4, 2010.
 
This Form 8-K incorporates by reference the press release announcing Mr. Brewster’s resignation, filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
