On Tuesday, May 18, 2010, the registrant’s management conducted a presentation at AirTran Holdings, Inc.’s 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
 
The Company reaffirmed its second quarter 2010 guidance as previously provided on May 13, 2010.
 
A copy of management’s presentation slides are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
