On May 7, 2010, Cape Bancorp, Inc. appointed Michele Pollack as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer of Cape Bank and Cape Bancorp, Inc. A copy of a press release on the appointment is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
