Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 11, 2010, Jerry Selitto, president and chief executive officer, and Sandra Bell,
executive vice president and chief financial officer, will make a presentation at The Ninth Annual
JMP Securities Research Conference in San Francisco, California, at 3:00 p.m. PDT (6:00 p.m. EDT)
for 25 minutes. On May 12, 2010, Mark Danahy, executive vice president, mortgage, will make a
presentation at the D.A. Davidson 12th Annual Financial Services Conference in Seattle,
Washington at 1:45 p.m. PDT (4:45 p.m. EDT) for 45 minutes. A copy of the slides that will
accompany these presentations is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is
incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
