As previously announced on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 9, 2010, David H. Langstaff notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SRA International, Inc. that he would resign from the Board effective May 5, 2010. On May 4, 2010, following discussions with the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Langstaff agreed to continue his service on the Board in order to assist the Board with transition matters. Mr. Langstaff will make a decision at a later date whether to serve out his remaining term or resign at an earlier date.
