On May 5, 2010, Cadence Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had resubmitted its New Drug Application (NDA) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its investigational product candidate, OFIRMEV™ (acetaminophen) injection, on May 4, 2010. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
