Attached and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release of the Registrant, dated April 19, 2010, announcing the agreement between Fertitta Gaming LLC, which is owned by Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, and the steering committee representing over 60% of the Registrant’s senior secured bank debt, to support the joint plan of reorganization of the Registrant and its subsidiaries that are debtors and debtors in possession in the Chapter 11 cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court.
