Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On April 1, 2010 we issued a press release disclosing a private placement of securities. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
On April 5, 2010 we issued another press release announcing that Miller has completed the rework of its West McArthur River Unit-6 (WMRU-6) well, which tested at a flowing rate of 584 BOED (barrels of oil equivalent per day). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
