On March 30, 2010, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the resignation, effective April 1, 2010, of Timothy Treinen as Vice President, Prosphate Business, and Mr. Treinen’s continued service as Special Projects Leader, pending his retirement at year end. The release also announced that Joseph Golowski, currently serving as Vice President, Sales, had been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Specialty Phosphates Business.
