Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On March 24, 2010, we entered into a Distribution Agreement with Promark Technology, Inc., one of the premier value added distributors of data storage products and solutions in the United States.
A copy of the press release issued by IceWEB on March 25, 2010 concerning the transaction is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
