ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that the Company has received notice from Amit Chatwani that he has resigned from his position as a member of the Company’s Board and from his position as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and the Board's Compensation Committee, effective immediately. Mr. Chatwani informed the Company that his resignation as a Director of the Company and as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and the Board's Compensation Committee was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
