Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 15, 2010, we took assignment from Carbon MPV Limited, of an agreement to implement a project to reduce nitrous oxide emissions from a nitric acid production plant in Uzbekistan.
A copy of the assignment agreement, the joint venture agreement and the news release are attached as exhibits to this current report.
