On March
16, 2010 Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the
“Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for its
fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2009 and certain other
information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
On March
16, 2010, the Company made available on its website (www.pacificofficeproperties.com)
supplemental operating and financial information related to its fiscal quarter
ended December 31, 2009, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and
