In connection with the quarterly report of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2010 as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Report”), I, Alan P.
