Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 11 and 12, 2010, a member of PG&E Corporation’s senior management will attend the Morgan Stanley Utilities Conference in New York, NY and will meet with various investment professionals to reaffirm the financial guidance and underlying assumptions that were presented at PG&E Corporation’s Investor Conference that was held on March 1, 2010. The materials attached to this report as Exhibit 99 will be used during these meetings. These materials are a subset of the materials presented at the March 1, 2010 Investor Conference and can be accessed through the “Investors” section of PG&E Corporation’s website at www.pgecorp.com.
