Financial Corporation, the parent holding company for Flushing Savings Bank,
FSB, announced on February 23, 2010 that the Board of Directors declared a
quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.13 per common share, payable on
March 31, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10,
2010.
