Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 19, 2010, Cubic Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a corporate presentation describing the Northwest, Louisiana acreage held by the Company and potential benefits from its exploitation. The full text of the corporate presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
