the Company in June 2009 reduced the Mississippi day rate
for the remainder of its original two-year term. If McMoRan
does not fulfill the original two-year commitment

is a Tarzan Class unit. 240-C is LeTourneau's latest jack-up
design. Rowan EXL is an enhanced version of the Super 116E

estimated amortization of contract mobilization/modification
