Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 12, 2010, Tamalpais Bancorp (the “Company”) announced by press release its earnings for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
