(b) Juniper Networks, Inc. (the "Company") today issued a press release in which it announced a series of executive assignments. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In connection with this announcement, on February 5, 2010, Kim Perdikou, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Company’s Infrastructure Products Group, and Company management decided that she will transition from her current role to a newly created position at the Company, working directly with Company CEO Kevin Johnson to focus on developing and deepening Company relationships with service provider customers and partners.
