Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 4, 2010, MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc. issued a press release reporting its results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2009 of fiscal year 2010. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
