Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On February 1, 2010, Haemonetics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
financial results for the third quarter ended December 26, 2009. A copy of the release is
furnished with this report as exhibit 99.1.
