On January 20, 2010, Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc. hosted a public conference call, during which it discussed, among other matters, information regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial condition for, and as of the end of, its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2009. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
