On
January 15, 2010, Behringer Harvard Mid-Term Value Enhancement Fund I LP (the
“Fund”) will hold a conference call for financial advisors to review the
estimated valuation per limited partnership unit of the Fund, which was
announced yesterday pursuant to a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Fund
with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the script for
that call, appearing as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the presentation
materials to be used during that call, appearing as Exhibit 99.2, are
furnished and not filed pursuant to Regulation FD.
