On January 11, 2010, AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc., or the Company, gave a presentation at the 28th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference. Technical difficulties may have prevented some participants from hearing the audio presentation and accessing the presentation slide deck. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the presentation slides given by the Company.
