January 11, 2010, The Dress Barn, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
raising its Fiscal Year 2010 diluted earnings per share guidance. A
copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item
2.02.
