Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 11, 2010, Delta Apparel, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing a discussion of the Company’s preliminary results of operations for the fiscal quarter ended December 26, 2009 and raising the Company’s sales and earnings guidance for the fiscal year ending July 3, 2010. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
